We greatly enjoyed the staff and location in this hotel.

Fairly clean and quaint hotel, welcoming staff and new-fashioned rooms.

The hotel was clean, staff and location were very good. The room was fashionable with unusual decor, I really enjoyed it. The attached restaurant in the lobby of the property and the downstairs bar.

Everything was good, even so we stayed for 5 nights only. There were central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV in the room, truly enjoyed that.

Everything was simply perfect. We had a free full English breakfast with variety of meals. Its location was very central, an easy walk to Gardens.

I liked optimal location of the hotel, its lovely staff and functional rooms. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it.

The staff were delightful, the room was attractive and I liked best possible location. The English breakfast I ordered was perfect. Within walking distance of a cathedral and a parliament building.

The location was tranquil and the room was incredibly spacious and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of food, in general it was awesome. I got free upgrade and liked it. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. Fast check-in and first-class customer service. Cool drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

We were in Bern for 1 day, had fine stay, the hotel was clean with ideal location near the train station.

Just wonderful stuff, very cozy room, very good value for money breakfast. The downstairs bar was a plus. Really big suite and so so comfy bed. The provided service was exceptional too.

Travelled as family and it suited our needs. They made our stay enjoyable! Downstairs bar was relaxing and fairly clean. Also, rose garden was 1 mile away from the property.

Everything was great, regarding food and staff. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. A mini-bar, central heating and a private safe were important for us.

the twin room suited us: it had a heating system, an individual safe and a flat-screen tv with cable channels.

The location was EXCELLENT, about a 10-minute walk from the bern train station. Comfortable stay overall. Restaurant della casa is easy walk to the hotel.
